发达国家终身教育体系的构建及启示

摘    要:发达国家基本建立了终身教育的推进机制,主要表现在:观念层面,重视并运用终身教育的理念指导教育改革和发展;理论层面,终身教育理论研究逐步深化;制度层面,终身教育走向法治化与规范化;实践层面,终身教育凸显多元化.深入研究发达国家推进终身教育的进程,对于我国构建终身教育体系有着重要借鉴作用.

Abstract:The advancement mechanism of constructing life-long learning system by developed countries mainly shows in the following aspects: at the conceptional level, great importance is attached to the concept of the life-long education which will direct educational reform and development; at the theoretical level, the research of life-long education will be gradually enhanced; at the systematic level, life-long education will be legalized and regularized; at the practice level, life-long education will be multi-formed. The deepening research of advancement process of life-long education in the developed countries can be used for reference to construction of life-long education in China.
