南京市部分业余体校运动员参训动机分析

运用文献资料、调研、访谈、专家咨询、问卷调查等方法，对南京市部分业余体校314名运动员的参训动机进行调查分析。主要结论：功利性的和世俗性的动机、意愿是受现代社会因素和时代影响。这表明学生及家长对参加竞技体育训练多是为孩子将来的职业考虑，希望通过竞技体育这条道路能够获得更高的荣誉、奖金，或成为一种职业，晋升到社会的中上阶层；应加强爱国主义教育，培养为国争光的荣誉感；鉴于运动员家庭对子女参加竞技体育训练的期望，为其将来的职业选择准备条件。

Nanjing Part Amateur Sports School Athletes Training Motivation Analysis

By using the methods of documentary, investigation and questionnaire, this paper examines the training motivation and problems of 314 athletes in some spare time sports schools in Nanjing. The major conclusions are as follows： utility and worldly motivations come from the influence of modem society and times. It shows pupils and their parents focus more on the consideration of future jobs when the pupils take part in physical training, hoping to gain better social status ; by means of taking part in various sports games to win higher level honors prizes or to be- come professionals in sports, patriotism education should be strengthened, sense of honor of devoting to our country should be cultivated in pupils ; preparations for pupils＇future jobs should be made on account of the expectation held by their families on joining physical training.
