| Abstract: | According to the causes,characteristics and processes of single-source procurement way in our government,this paper combines with the practices of purchasing database and Chinese press,and carrying out the way of single-source procurement and negotiation in the library of Quanzhou Teaching College,aims at analysing the disadvantages and existing problems,and gives some solutions to them. |
