《了不起的盖茨比》是美国小说家菲茨杰拉德的代表作，曾被誉为“伟大的美国小说”。本文试图系统梳理《了不起的盖茨比》在中国的译介与研究，分三个阶段分析了它在中国的接受历程，阐述了董衡巽等中国学者对它在中国的传播与接受做出的重要贡献，最后指出中国目前对该小说的研究和译介中还存在的缺失和不足，以此客观、系统地展示该小说在中国研究和译介的具体状况。

The Translation & Study of The Great Gatsby in China

Once honored as ＂the great American novel＂, The Great Gatsby is the masterpiece of Fitzgerald. The present paper intends to do a systematic study of the translation and study of The Great Gatshy in China, analyzing its reception course according to three historical phases, illustrating that some Chinese scholars such as Dong Handgun contributed a lot to the communication and reception of the classical in China, and finally pointing out some shortages of translation and study of this classical in China up to the present, so as to systematically and objectively afford a concrete status of translation and study of this novel in China.
