高校实行导生制的实践与思考

摘    要:新的导生制实施于学校课堂教学之外,是对正式教育教学的有益补充。文章介绍了新导生制实施的五个步骤,指出新导生制在体现学生主体地位、加强学生思想政治教育以及加强学风基础建设等方面所取得的良好教育效果,并从导生制的制度建设、地位作用及导生的培训等方面对新导生制的实施进行了思考。

Abstract:The new monitorial system implemented after class teaching is considered as the beneficial supplement of formal classroom teaching. Five procedures of implementing the new monitorial system are introduced in this paper. It is proposed that the new monitorial system has achieved good educational effects in stressing students' subject sta- tus, enhancing students' ideological and political education and enhancing construction of academic atmosphere. Moreover, implementation of the new monitorial system is reflected in such aspects as the system construction and the status and function of monitorial system and the training of student advisors.
