| 摘 要： | 积极心理学主张以人固有的、实际的、潜在的、具有建设性的力量以及美德和善端为出发点,提倡用积极的心态来解读人的心理现象.在此视野下对“网瘾学生”进行分析,提出以健康人格养成为切入口,从个人层面进行积极主动的自我管理,从学校层面推行积极的干预策略,从社会层面建立积极的社会支持系统,以此养成“网瘾学生”健康人格.
