| Abstract: | A principal is a leader,an organizer and a policy-maker of a school.In order to carry out the policy of Party Central Committee to enhance the construction of the executive ability,he must apply school work to reality,establish right concept of education,and tries to improve his abilities in management,in school-based scientific research,in self-examination,and in using modern teaching facilities. |
