| 摘 要： | 米粉伴随着华人华侨谋生的足迹传入越南以后,在越南北部形成了独特口味,并很快获得更多的关注。米粉在越南由北到南的进一步传播中,经历了接纳、融入、发展、受阻、再发展壮大等过程,如今成为越南引以为豪的"国粹"美食。
