| 摘 要： | 我国城镇居民食品、衣着、消费支出比重平稳下降，交通通讯、居住、文化教育、医疗消费支出比重上升，食品消费比重过大，住房、文化教育支出比重偏低，消费信贷欠发达．要调整、完善收入分配政策，大力发展农业、食品业，切实解决居民关心的住房问题，提高精神消费的质量。

| Abstract: | Expenditure on food and clothing for city citizens in our country is steadily declining while expenses on communications,housing,cultural education and medical treatment are rising. The expending percentage on food consumption is too high whereas that on housing and education is relatively low and consuming loans are undeveloped. To improve the quality of spiritual consumption,we should regulate and perfect the policy of income distribution,greatly develop agriculture and food industry,and conscientiously solve the citizens' housing problem. |
