| 摘 要： | 法律经济学作为经济学与法学的边缘学科,应分属于经济学范畴和法学范畴,可以定位为理论经济学或应用法学,在不同范畴内有各自的研究特点。法律经济学课程的设置是呼应国际性“法律经济学运动”的必然结果,是适应社会主义市场经济发展的必然要求。它以经济学的方法、原理及观点来分析法律问题,实现了经济与法律的有效融合,较好地解决了法学院学生不懂经济,经济学院学生不懂法的尴尬局面。
