浅析高职语文教学如何以就业为导向

随着社会的不断发展和改革,我国高等职业教育中语文教学的发展方向以就业为导向,已形成人们的共识。语文教学的目标及内涵决定于就业市场的需求,所以就必须在语文教学中努力强化对学生职业能力的培养,真正提高学生的就业和岗位的胜任能力。在教学实践中,发现一些高职学校的语文教学中还存有一些问题和不足,直接和间接影响着语文课的教学。本文就高职语文如何以就业为导向做好教学工作谈了自己的一些看法。

Analysis on how Chinese teaching in higher vocational college oriented by employment

With the continuous development and reform of higher vocational education in the development of language teaching employment-oriented,have formed a consensus.Language teaching and learning objectives and content of decisions in the job market needs,so we must strive to strengthen language teaching professional abilities of the students really improve their employability and job competence.In teaching practice,found that some language teaching in vocational schools,also has some problems and deficiencies,direct and indirect impact on the teaching of language.In this paper,vocational employment-oriented language how to do a good job teaching about some of his views.
