中学田径教材与学生运动倾向关系论

摘    要:从心理学角度分析田径教材,本文认为,由于时代特点和青少年身心特点,田径教材在教学中的应用与其他一些教材相比存在自身的弱点,主要体现在田径教材中社会性成分比较弱,开放性不够,不利于激发学生的学习动机,不利于培养学生的终身体育意识。提出弱化教材自身缺陷的措施,以利于激发学生学习动要,使田径教材在提高学生休质,增进健康方面起更大的作用。

Abstract:Based on the theory of psychology, this article discussed the relationship between teaching material of track and field and student's exercise tendency in middle school. It is considered that the existing teaching materials of track and field have some weak points, especially in its poor sociality and small opening to the public. At the same time, some suggestions were put forward to weaken the shortcoming of the teaching material of track and field.
