| Abstract: | Some progress has been made about the research on streamline approach, but more special attention should be engaged in the research into the consistency of English teaching and learning between college and high school after the expansion of college students. This paper studies problems in consistency of ELT which exist in ordinary colleges and high schools and puts forward solutions. |
