| 摘 要： | 从辩证唯物主义的角度来看,教育效率与教育公平有其对立和冲突的一面,也有其统一和协同的一面.在当前两者之间冲突的一面尤为突出,正在成为困扰我国发展的几个重大问题之一.所以,我们试图从法制的角度对之进行解析,并寄期运用法律制度实现教育公平与效率的和谐与并举.
