| 摘 要： | 提出了基于神经网络的软件项目工作量估算机制，构建了工作量估算系统框架，探讨了系统模块组成，开发了样本数据可扩展、估算参数可配置的软件项目工作量估算系统，并结合实际项目数据，从平均相对误差、预测水平等角度评价了系统的估算性能，验证了系统的可行性和有效性。

| Abstract: | As the effort estimation mechanism is presented, the framework of the system is established and the composition module is discussed. Then system with extendable sample database and configurable estimation parameters is developed. Finally, the estimation performance is evaluated by mean percentage error and prediction level combined with actual project data while of which the feasibility and efficiency is demonstrated. |
