我国体育俱乐部发展中的法律问题研究

20世纪90年代初,为推动我国竞技体育职业化,原国家体委以足球为突破口,建立了以足球俱乐部为代表的各类职业俱乐部。但作为具有特殊性质的主体,我国的体育俱乐部建立和运营一直缺乏相应法律法规,尚未健全类似公司法人治理结构的管理机制和运营模式,这就导致俱乐部在运营中出现较多纠纷,特别是法律纠纷。本文拟从法律角度看待这些体育俱乐部所存在的问题,并提出自己的解决思路。
