| 摘 要： | 依据马斯洛的需求层次理论，人文关怀对人的成长具有特别重要的意义，随着我国工业化、城镇化进程的不断推进，农民工子女缺乏人文关怀问题日趋突出，严重影响了农民工子女的健康成长，有必要从观念、制度、社会等方面采取措施加以解决。

| Abstract: | According to the Theory of Abraham Maslow＇s Need levels, it is particularly significant for the peasant-workers＇children to get humanistic care. With the development of industrialization and urbanization in our country, the problem of the lack of humanistic care for the peasant-workers＇hildren becomes more and more serious day by day. By describing the actuality of the lack of humanistic care for the peasant-workers＇hildren, this passage comes up with some proper solutions to the problem in concept, regulation, society and so on. |
