| 摘 要： | 民国初年，中国高等教育开启了自己的近代化进程。高等学校在这一时期实现了从萌芽到逐步成型的蜕变。从民国初年不同类型的高校数量、学生与教员数量以及教育经费的分配与支出三个方面进行阐述，以数据形式分析该时期高等教育的发展概况，以期概括民初高等教育的发展特点，并探讨民初高等学校发展的历史意义。

| Abstract: | In the early stage of the Republic of China,Chinese higher education begins with its modernization.Colleges realized the transform from the rudiment.The article tries to analyze the development of the higher education by the data of the amount of the colleges,teachers,students and the education funds in order to find the characters of higher education and the meaning of the higher education development. |
