| 摘 要： | 转基因动物技术在近10年来有了很大发展.研究者已分别通过显微注射法、精子介导法等10余种方法成功制作了转基因动物.转基因动物在动物育种、医学等领域得到应用.从目前的发展来看,转基因动物在生物发生器、人类器官移植等方面有广阔的应用前景.

| Abstract: | In the past ten years,there are great breakthroughs in transgenic animals.Scientists have triumphantly made transgenic animals through microinjection and sperm-carrier,and have applied to many fields such as biological reactor,animal-breeding and medicine.From today's progress of transgenic animals,we can know there is great prospect of application in biological reactor and human apparatus transplant. |
