| 摘 要： | 目前我国的政务公开从整体上来说还处于起步阶段，中央还没有明确的法律和法规对政务公开的事项做硬性规定。因此，政务公开的推行与广大人民群众的要求和愿望相距甚远。我们认为，要推行和规范政务公开，必须要加强法制建设。如果没有法律的保障，政务公开工作就没有任何意义。
