教学过程最优化:基于分层教学方法的分析

摘    要:分层教学在促进教学过程最优化的过程中有非常重要的作用,我国的分层教学也有一段较长的发展历史。实践表明,我国的分层教学与日美等发达国家的存在着很大的差距,很多学者认为我国的分层教育实际上是歧视教育。根据学生特点进行分层教学设计从而优化教学过程是我国教育的发展目标,为此,探索教学分层的方法并使教学过程具有可操作性就非常必要。

Abstract:Level-based teaching plays a vital role in promoting optimization of teaching procedure. Though it has been practiced in China for a long time, the big differences still exist between China and developed countries. The paper states that level-based teaching design on the basis of students' characteristics is our educational development object, focusing on its method exploration and practicability.
