| 摘 要： | 针对日益升温的“学科馆员”现象，从名称、工作内容、可行性与近10年的实践情况等方面进行了分析。认为其实质是强化图书馆学科化建设，而不仅仅是造就异乎寻常的岗位。应当因地制宜，充分发挥图书馆员的整体合力。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the phenomenon of subject librarian,this article analyses it from the name,the work contents,possibility and the practice of ten years.The author thinks that the essence of subject librarianis to enhance the subjects construction in library,and not to create a different post.Library should give full play to the librarian's whole force in the light of local conditions. |
