| 摘 要： | “老白干酒”是衡水市的特产,当时被称为“冀州衡水酒”,因其具有“历史悠久,质地甘美、色如水晶”的特点,逐渐被人们冠以“老白干”的美名.从古代到现代,“老白干酒”几经兴衰,却仍保持了原有特色,多次获得殊荣.现在的老白干酒厂仍延用传统的酿造工艺,但规模更大,酒质更佳.

| Abstract: | Lao Bai Gan Liquor has been a special local product in Hengshui city. The liquor with the name of "Hengshui Liquor of Jizhoa" in Han Dynasty enjoyed the features of sweetness and pleasantness in quality and crystal-brightness in colur and people bestowed upon a very beautiful name-Lao Rai Gan. From ancient times to the present, Lao Bai Gan Liquor has witnessed ups and downs, but still keeps the original quality and has won many honorary titles. Today Lao Bai Gan Brewery still keeps the original skills, but it is langer in scale and the liquor is bette in quality. |
