愉快教学与素质教育

摘    要:素质教育是针对传统应试教育所进行的伟大改革.为进一步实施素质教育,教师在教学过程中,不仅要考虑学生的认知过程,也要考虑学生的情感过程,有意识地创造一种愉快的教学氛围.愉快教学是素质教育在教学上的一种创新体现.实施愉快教学,必须改变传统僵硬的教学模式,代之以生动活泼、灵活多样的教学方法,积极建立和谐融洽的师生关系,因材施教,让每个学生都能受到全面发展的素质教育.

Abstract:Quality education is a great reform in changing the education just for tests. To implement quality education iurther, teachers should nol only take the cognitive process of the students into account but also their emotional process in teaching, and create an atmosphere of pleasant teaching. Pleasant teaching is a creative embodiment in the teaching of quality education. To implement pleasant teaching, we must change the traditional inflexible teaching methods and make use of lively and flexible ones, create the hannonious relationship between teachers and students and teach the students in accordanee with their aptitude. Only in this way can students obtain an all-round development through quality education.
