| 摘 要： | 就业力是一种能使个人获得并保有一项工作的能力,就业力培养是终身教育、生涯教育及素质教育共同关注的一项重要内容.大学生就业力培养的主要途径包括:设置灵活性、多样化的主修与选修课程;利用多层次、多阶段的实习环节促进大学生就业力的培养;在教学过程中融入能力的培养;通过学制改革,加强社会实践活动;改善毕业设计.
