| 摘 要： | 受全球金融危机与低迷的世界经济对我国经济发展的负面影响，出口受阻，企业经营遭遇困难，部分企业处于倒闭、停产、半停产状态，在一些企业大幅裁员中，农民工便成为首当其冲的裁减对象？对我国经济发展做出巨大贡献，却处于就业弱势地位的农民工时常面临着就业的困境。由于我国粗放的经济发展方式十分不利于就业的扩大，对此，加快转变经济发展方式，也就成为走出农民工就业困境的重要契机。
