基于师范生教育实践能力培养的教师教育课程整合研究

摘    要:教育实践能力是教师职业素养的集中体现,然而当前教师教育课程缺少综合性、忽视实践性,不利于师范生教育实践能力的培养。因此,研究教师教育课程整合的思路与方法已是大势所趋,要以教师专业发展为导向整合课程目标与评价体系,以必修课、选修课、活动课、隐性课相结合为原则整合课程类型,以学科教学法为突破口整合课程结构,以主题为中心整合课程内容,以案例教学为基础整合实施方法。突显课程整合的系统性、理论性和可操作性。
