Harmonious management team is an indispensable and important component of the higher vocational colleges＇ harmonious campus.However,facing a number of practical issues and dilemmas in the management of higher vocational colleges,for example,cumbersome management institution with obvious administrativization trend,duplicated and alternated institution functions,lower management performance and so on,the leadership position must be clear,institutional reform must be promoted,people-oriented idea must be established,teamwork spirit must be developed,agglomerate people must be insisted on,promoting coordinated development must be promoted,from all levels to vigorously promote a harmonious team-building in higher vocational colleges.
