| 摘 要： | 《普通高等学校教育评估暂行规定》是我国高等教育评估的法律依据，是在计划经济体制下制定的。随着我国高等教育的发展，这个(规定》已出现了某些不能适应高等教育评估活动的规定。本只对高等教育评估中的主体进行分析，以期能找到适合的评估主体体系。

| Abstract: | The Temporary Provision of Education Evaluation on College and University is the law of the evaluation of China higher education. It was worked out under the system of planned economy. With the developing of higher education, this law has had some rules that didn't adapt to the evaluation of higher education. This essay analyzes the subject in evaluation, in order to find the suitable system of evaluation subject. |
