The paper is to solve the problems of lack of mutual trust,standard constraints and competent transaction mechanism of e-commerce.Furthermore it especially proposes the ways to solve the problem of insufficiency in investment of relevant computer software,hardware,network equipment and specific authentication mechanisms,as well as the problem of high operating costs of e-commerce.The paper further explains how to meet the rising demand for e-commerce transactions on the Internet,proposes the use of banks and other third-party institutes as an intermediary payment medium for a secure fair and just trading and for protecting interests of all the parties.In this way,an increase in bank deposits and shopping prepayments could help mitigate the potential risks of both sides during the transactions.In addition,it would increase the frequency and amount of the benign,safe and reliable transactions and reduce the trouble and controversy during the process of e-commerce operations,corporate sales as well as bank deposit attraction.
