中部高新技术产业发展的进化动态博弈分析——基于梯度转移格局

随着当前国际国内市场竞争的日趋融合,我国东部沿海地区产业结构不断面临升级和调整,区际产业梯度转移和资本外溢逐渐通过外包,合作等方式转向中西部地区.分析了高新技术产业转移和中部经济发展的关系及存在的问题,通过梯度转移过程中中部高新技术产业发展的复制进化动态学习博弈模型,得出中部地区在高新技术产业国际和区际梯度转移的趋势下,应以实现产业转移主体双方合作共赢为目的,在努力增加产业转入方经济利益的同时,要注重加强自主学习和创新能力建设,更好的实现实现产业技术快速消化、吸收、创新的“最优反映动态”,促使产业梯度转移由初始较低的合作比例向“复制动态”稳定转变.

A Game Evolution Analysis on the Developmental Strategy of High-Technology Industry in Central China——Based on the Background of Industries Gradient Transfer

With the current domestic and international market competition in eastern coastal area,industry structure in the eastern part of China is faced with adjustment and upgrading.Interregional industrial gradient shift and capital overflow gradually turn to the Midwest through outsourcing and cooperation.This paper analyzes the relationship between the transfer of high-tech industries and the economic development in Central China,and the problems existing in the gradient transfer process.Through the development of high-tech industry in evolutionary game model of learning copy and central regions in high-tech industries gradient transfer under the trend of regional industry,a conclusion has beed reached that transfer should be made between subjects for the purpose of win-win cooperation in an effort to achieve greater benefits,while the transferee should pay attention to strengthening self-directed learning and innovation ability construction.To better realize industrial technology digestion,absorption,and "the best dynamic reflect" of innovation,industrial gradient shift should be made from an initial low cooperation proportion to "dynamic" stable transformation.
