摘    要:澳门于1557年被葡萄牙人租住,至鸦片战争前夕,巳成为重要的国际商业城市。作为中西文化最早的交汇点,澳门开埠后,西方的饮食文化随之而来。澳门曾以广府文化为主的饮食特色随历史的变革和中西文化的交流,逐渐发生变化并带有明显的中西合壁的饮食文化特色。

Abstract:Macao, which had been leased to the Portuguese from 1557 till the eve of the Opium Wars, has turned into a leading international trade city. Western catering culture e-merged with Macao opened as a trading port, which is an earliest intersection where Chinese culture clashed with Western culture. Macao's catering with Guangdong culture - oriented features is gradually changing with evident combination of Chinese culture and Western culture.
