| 摘 要： | 交通发展使英格兰文化旅游从贵族化转向大众化。但是交通设施的修建、游客的大批涌入在一定程度上影响着旅游资源的可持续性发展。分析总结英格兰有关机构在不同时期、不同地域如何权衡交通发展与文化旅游二者之间的关系,力图为中国出境游的旅途安排及我国景区的可持续性发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | Technological advances in English transportation have expanded the availability of cultural tourism from the traditional wealthy market segment to budget tourists.But sustainable development of tourist destinations is constrained to some degree by the combination of transport infrastructure and mass tourism itself.Based on field work and research,the author addresses how tourist authorities in England can balance the benefits from transport modes with the pressures of mass tourism over time.The paper is served as guidance to Chinese travel companies and tourists when they design itineraries for trips to England.And it sheds light on how the same type of cultural tourism might best be developed in China. |
