| 摘 要： | 本文从影视院校人才培养的角度入手，紧密结合当今财务成本理论，把人才培养成本作为重要的研究对象，探讨了影视院校人才培养的特殊性、成本计算的方法，以及成本的构成等方面进行了研究，通过研究为人才培养成本的计算以及今后进一步研究教育成本的系列问题打下一定的研究基础。
