构建高职院校学务和教务的双赢伙伴关系

摘    要:传统的学生事务部门以“课外、生活”为主,教学事务部门以“课内、课业”为主,彼此壁垒分明,各司其责。随着“服务学习”理念的不断深入人心,探讨高职院校学务和教务部门合作的新模式成为当务之急。本文以美国成功的学生事务部门和教学事务部门合作经验为例,探索高职院校学生事务部门和教务部门合作的重要性、合作模式及范例,获得成功的指导原则以及建议事项等,进而构建双赢的伙伴合作关系,增进学生学习的主动性及和谐校园的建设。

Abstract:Traditionally Student Affairs Department(SAD) focuses on extracurricular courses while Academic Affairs Department(AAD) primarily emphases on the classroom instruction.Both function differently.With the idea of the service learning booming up,the discussion upon the possibility of establishing harmonious relationship between SAD and AAD in higher institutions and new pattern worked out become the urgent matter.This paper explores how important SAD and AAD cooperate in constructing the co-operational pattern and the model,obtaining guiding principle as well as suggestion elaborated,then proposes the win-win partnership strategies in harmonious campus construction on which the student rely on.
