可视化技术在临床医学影像学教学中的应用研究

摘    要:目的:探讨和实践可视化技术结合医学教学在医学影像本科学生教学中的具体教学模式、教学方法和评价体系。方法:选取2017年5月~2017年12月期间64名我科室实习学生为研究对象,随机分为传统教学组(32名)、可视化教学组两组(32名),第一组采取传统教育方法;第二组在前者基础上,按照可视化技术穿插教学。课程结束后进行理论知识及实践操作考试进行比较。结果:可视化教学组理论分数为(91.02±4.12)分、实操分数为(90.88±4.27)分,均明显高于传统教学组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:在医学影像科学临床技能教学过程中,将可视化教学结合形成新的教学理念和新的教学实施方式,可以增强医学影像本科生的临床思维,提高临床操作技能,夯实理论基础,同时锻造出高素质的教师团队。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the specific teaching mode,teaching method and evaluation system of medical image undergraduate teaching combined with practice visualization technology.Methods:64 interns from May 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups:the traditional teaching group(32 students)and the visual teaching group(32 students).The first group adopted the traditional education method;the second group,on the basis of the former,used the visual technology to interleave teaching.At the end of the course,the theoretical knowledge and practical operation tests were compared.Results:The theoretical score and practical score of visual teaching group were(91.02±4.12)and(90.88±4.27)respectively,which were significantly higher than those of traditional teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of clinical skill teaching of medical imaging science,the combination of visual teaching to form a new teaching concept and a new teaching implementation mode can enhance the clinical thinking of medical imaging undergraduates,improve clinical operation skills,consolidate the theoretical basis,and forge a high-quality teacher team at the same time.
