| 摘 要： | 城市发展带来了农村社会的转变，随着失地农民的增加，带来了一系列的社会问题。结合楚雄市在扩城建设中的情况，我们对发展过程中的农民角色转变进行了调查，了解到城市化发展过程中农民的思想转变以及楚雄市在城市化发展过程中存在的问题，提了规划部门应优先考虑妥善安置失地农民，规划要有科学性、预见性、可操作性；应建立健全失地农民的最低生活保障、劳动就业保障、养老保险以及医疗保障体系，建立失地农民的管理和就业培训机制等建议措施。

| Abstract: | Along with the development of urbanization and the loss land farmers increasing,bring a series of social problems.The authors investigate the situations of farmers' role changing in urbanization process of Chuxiong city,in order to find out the situations of farmers' thinking changing and the problems existed in urbanization development process.Finally,suggestions and countermeasures were put forward in this paper. |
