| 摘 要： | 怎样才能使人体发展得更理想完美,这是科学体育所要解决的中心问题。然而现行的体育制度,体育课程大纲,体育成绩的评定则主要是以运动成绩为中心来进行评定的。本文主要根据有关文献的数据,对我国大学生体质状况进行了分忻,阐述了大学生体育质量评估体系的初步设想。
