| 摘 要： | 残疾人社会保障是文明社会的共同制度选择,必然存在着一些共同的性质,但是国情差异又使得这一制度在不同的国家各具特色,呈现出既相互区别又相互联系的特征。文章对发达国家(地区)福利保障制度进行了比较分析,并提出了可供我国残疾人福利保障制度建设借鉴和参考的建议。

| Abstract: | Disability welfare security is a kind common choice of civilized society,so there must be some common quality requirements,while the national differences will inevitably make this system has distinguishing feature which shows difference and link features.It can provide more thinking about the construction for Chinese disability welfare security system through the analysis on the comparison about international disability welfare security system. |
