| 摘 要： | 随着高校研究生招生规模的迅速扩大,研究生培养质量现状引起社会各界关注,为探究这一问题,作者对我国23所高校（研究所）生物相关学科的研究生导师进行了问卷调查。结果表明：多数导师认为扩招后生物相关学科研究生质量总体较高,但与扩招前相比略有下降,特别是生源质量有明显下降;科研能力、创新能力、基础和专业知识水平是最能体现研究生质量的因素;当前的招生方式、培养制度等较为合理,但仍存在一些不足,有待进一步完善。

| Abstract: | The quality of graduate education is a major concern to the public with increased enrollments at many universities.A survey was made with graduate supervisors in biology and related disciplines at twenty-three Chinese universities and research institutes.The findings indicate that most supervisors give a relatively high rating to the overall education quality in their disciplines.However,compared to the quality before increased enrollments,they find a lower level of student quality,especially in their resea... |
