| 摘 要： | 对目前教育技术专业人才培养的现状进行分析，因为理论技术的不平衡性导致教育技术应用型人才质量的参差不齐，提出一些优化课程体系和人才结构、加强师资队伍建设的建议，希望能对教育技术专业人才的培养起到一定的作用。
