| Abstract: | During the period of cadre Jinping Xi＇s governance over Ningde city, he delivered a lot of important paper, talking about how to eliminate the poverty in economical backward area and pro- posed some vital and prospectively strategic thought. Those thoughts are not only full of theoretical and practical value, but also good for the proposal of a series of visionary views and retrospect the source of Jinping Xi＇s remarks since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. |
