| Abstract: | The construction of work style in university administration has a great effect on the development ofthe university. This paper covers the following points: strengthening the building of the work style, all the staff mem-bers must reinforce their studies and enhance the awareness, taking the construction of the work style as their prioritywork; all the staff members should have a clear aim and make strict demands on themselves; strengthening the mea-sures and intensifying supervision, all the staff members should earnestly put the building of the work style into effect. |
