| 摘 要： | 高等继续教育的发展在新世纪面临着新的挑战,探索高等继续教育创新人才培养模式实施的基本途径和运行机制,对高等继续教育的持续健康发展至关重要。文章阐述了新模式建立的重要性和必然性,主张把多元化发展、重心下移、搭建平台、网络服务、强化实训等方面作为新模式实施的基本途径,形成项目经营,以线串块、分散做,集中管、管理责任到人、财务分账,切块分成、多做多得的运行机制。
