湘西地区儿童体型-营养HEATH-CARTER分析

为研究湖南湘西地区儿童营养状况和体型分布，对５所小学８６０名６－９岁儿童接ＮＣＨＳ标准划分成１４个身高与体重组，分析各发育指标和体型因子的组间差异，比较不同组间在体型分布方面的规律，作Ｈｅａｔｈ－ｃａｒｔｅｒ法体型分析．结果表明，儿童骨骼。肌肉、脂肪与身高别体重ＨＷＲ指数上升高度相关，在主导体型分布的体型三因子方面，内因子逐步取代外因子，且体脂的积累程度对体型的影响越大．

Children's Somatotype- Nourishment HEATH- CARTER Analyse in West Xiang Area

In search for researching children nutritional status and somatotype, distribut in West Xiang 860 students aged 6 to 9 from 5 schools into 14 height and neight groups on the basisoy NCHS stantad, arnalysed the difference between develop target and somatotype factor compear some groups' law at somatotype distrbut respeet to another, do somatotype analyse in the way which called HEATH -- CARTER. The resultmode clear that children's skeleton, muscle, fathe interrelated with ascend weight -- for -- heights' HWR index number. At the respect which called dominant somatotype distribut three factors, in rernal factor will replace external factor step by step, and the auumulate level of at will influence the somatotype bigger and bigger.
