| 摘 要： | 相邻不可量物侵入在生活中经常发生，对此，受害人要负何种程度的容忍义务，如何判断。比较各国有关相邻不可量物侵害之受害人容忍义务的判断标准，主要包括损害的性质、加害行为的社会评价、加害人的主观过错等，以期能给我国立法与司法实践提供有益借鉴。

| Abstract: | Neighboring violations on Immeasurable matter occur frequently in daily life, to which the victim will take what degree of tolerance obligation and how to give judgment？ The purpose of comparing the judgment standard by each country on victim tolerance obligation in neighboring violation on immeasurable matter, mainly including the nature of violation, social appraisal of the inflicting conduct, and subjective error of the inflictor, is to offer beneficial reference to China＇s legislation and legal practice. |
