摘    要:为探索反思学习法和微格技术在基础护理学实验教学中的综合应用的效果,随机选取沈阳医学院2009级护理专业4个班级共108人,其中2个班为实验组,另外2个班为对照组。实验组采用反思学习法与微格技术相结合的教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法,最后对两组学生的理论、实验考核成绩、自学能力等方面进行统计分析。结果:超过80%的学生赞成这种教学方法,认为提高了自己的学习能力和反思能力等;实验组学生的理论、实验和阅读成绩均高于对照组。说明反思学习法和微格技术相结合的教学方法能提高学生的理论成绩和实践操作水平,并能促进学生综合素质的提高。

Abstract:In order to explore the result of reflective learning method and micro technology in the comprehensive application of fundamental nursing experimental teaching, 108 students in four classes in grade 2009 nursing major of Shenyang Medical College are chosen at random, among which 2 classes are experimental group and 2 classes are control group. Experimental group is applied with the teaching method of reflective learning method and micro technology, and the control group adopts traditional teaching method. Finally it makes statistic analysis on students' theory, experimental exam scores, and self-learning ability between these two groups. The result shows that more than 80% students approve of this kind of teaching method, and think it can increase their learning ability and reflective ability, as well as students' theory, experiment and reading scores in experimental group are higher than those in control group. It shows that the teaching method with the combination of reflective learning method and micro technology can increase students' theory score and practical operating level, and promote students' comprehensive quality.
