摘    要:基于工作过程的高职课程改革已成为当前高职教育改革的热点,而课程考核评价体系改革是促进教学质量提升的重要保障。通过高职维修电工实训课程的实践,提出了课程考核评价措施——"最终成绩=平时成绩(30%)+过程考核(40%)+终结考核(30%)"。通过改革,激发了学生的学习兴趣,激励了教师进行改革的热情,激起了"课程群"的评价体系推广,探索了一套有利于创新人才培养的考核评价体系,有效地提高了教学质量。

Abstract:Curriculum reform based on working process has become hotspot of present higher vocational education reform.However,the evaluation system of curriculum check is the important guarantee for promoting teaching quality.Through the practice of higher vocational practical training course of maintenance electrician,this paper puts forward evaluation measures of curriculum check,that is,the final score is equal to usual performance,process check and final exam.Through reform it can stimulate students' study interest and teachers' enthusiasm of reform.It advances the evaluation system of curriculum group,and explores one check evaluation system which is beneficial for cultivating innovative talents.It can increase teaching quality greatly.
