| 摘 要： | 利用随机前沿方法对我国电子信息业的技术创新绩效进行分析.实证结果表明:资本及人力投入是行业创新绩效提升的主导,表明电子信息业仍处于对资本及人力依赖的粗放型经济运行状态;科技人员对电子信息业创新绩效提升的贡献还很有限;专利技术拥有量对创新绩效提升具有重要意义;东部地区的创新绩效明显优于中、西部地区,但西部地区近年来创新绩效上升的趋势明显.

| Abstract: | By using Stochastic Frontier Approach, this paper analyzes China's electronic information industry's innovation performance. The empirical result indicates: (1) Capital and employees are the main factors for the enhancement of innovation performance, which proofs that the electronic industry is still in low performance status.
