| Abstract: | This paper puts forward the viewpoint that as an existent of culture, the library should keep in good condition with society, economy and education. It also analyses the representation of culture absence in library innovation and the significance of identifying mainstream culture. It discusses approaches and methods of establishing the innovation culture. |
